01 Introduction

Welcome to BWF88 ("BWF88", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). BWF88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at BWF88.CAM, offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and sports wagering services to eligible registered users.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "Player") and BWF88 governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available on the BWF88 platform, including any mobile-optimised interfaces, promotional programmes, and customer support services.

By accessing the BWF88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the BWF88 platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered User account created on the BWF88 platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or free spin equivalents credited to a User's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to individual games hosted on the BWF88 platform, which are accessible within each game interface.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by BWF88 prior to processing withdrawals or at any time BWF88 deems necessary.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported on the BWF88 platform for deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.
• "Platform" means the BWF88 website, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all associated services available at BWF88.CAM.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User using their own personal payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement / Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

03 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with BWF88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. BWF88 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards for casino-style gaming.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or commercial wagering accounts are not permitted.
3. You have not previously been self-excluded from BWF88 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
4. You are not acting on behalf of any other person. The Account holder must be the beneficial owner of all funds deposited.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of BWF88 or its associated entities.
6. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under national or federal law, or any jurisdiction where BWF88 has expressly restricted access.

Providing false or misleading information during registration, including but not limited to providing an incorrect date of birth or name, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on BWF88. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify BWF88 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. BWF88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BWF88 support immediately at [email protected]. BWF88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

BWF88 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being paused pending verification.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

BWF88 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX (direct bank transfer to Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT, TRC-20). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit is RM50 for standard accounts. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Account holder's own legal name. BWF88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are processed in MYR with no currency conversion fees applied.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. BWF88 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers for verified accounts; however, this is an indicative target and not a guaranteed service level.

5.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. BWF88 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of RM10 per calendar month to inactive accounts. Users will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. An Account with a nil balance following dormancy deductions will be archived.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

BWF88 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins equivalents, and the Black Diamond VIP loyalty rebates. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for BWF88 welcome bonuses is fifteen times (15×) the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different multipliers, which will be stated explicitly in the promotion terms.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is RM300. Placing wagers in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the overstake was intentional.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games generally contribute 100%. Live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting markets may contribute at a rate specified in the individual promotion terms. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's full terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within the validity window specified in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unconverted Bonus Funds and uncleared wagering requirements will be automatically removed from the Account upon expiry, without notice or compensation.

6.5 Abuse & Fraud

BWF88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing matched or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems. Deliberate abuse of promotional systems may result in permanent Account termination.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the BWF88 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or sports markets — are subject to the specific Game Rules accessible within each product interface. In the event of any conflict between the Game Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only accepted and confirmed when a confirmation message or bet ID is issued by the BWF88 system. BWF88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where: the wager was placed based on erroneous odds or game data; the wager exceeds permissible stake limits for your account tier; or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or insider information.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets

BWF88's sportsbook covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and numerous other markets. Pre-match and live in-play betting are available subject to market availability. BWF88 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets at any time in the event of data integrity issues or force majeure events affecting the relevant fixture.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or service interruption that affects the outcome of a game or wager, BWF88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. BWF88 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BWF88 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to influence game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment wagering.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in aggressive, threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward BWF88 staff or other platform users.
• Breaching any applicable law or regulation in connection with use of the BWF88 platform.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

BWF88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or at the request of the Account holder (voluntary closure).

Upon termination of an Account in good standing, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

A Player who has voluntarily self-excluded from BWF88 may not open a new Account during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will constitute a material breach of these Terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the BWF88 platform — including but not limited to the BWF88 brand name, logo, domain name, graphical elements, game content licensed from third-party providers, promotional materials, and written copy — is the intellectual property of BWF88 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BWF88 platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of BWF88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BWF88, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the BWF88 platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical error, or any financial loss arising from your gambling activities.

BWF88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The User assumes all risk associated with the use of the platform and the placement of wagers.

12 Responsible Gambling

BWF88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. All registered Users must be at least 21 years of age. BWF88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified session durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BWF88 for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a lifetime exclusion.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying time elapsed and net wagering result during a session.

13 Privacy & Data Processing

14 Amendments to These Terms

BWF88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on record and/or by a prominent notice on the BWF88 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the BWF88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which BWF88 holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the following process.

In the event of a dispute relating to a wager, account transaction, or the application of these Terms, the User must first contact BWF88 customer support and allow a period of no less than 30 days for resolution through good-faith dialogue before pursuing any formal legal action.

BWF88 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for matters relating to the provision of its online gaming services, as BWF88 does not operate under any Malaysian government gaming licence (no such framework exists for online gambling in Malaysia).
